Class descriptions below.






This session will define and sculpt the abdominals, build core strength and reduce belly fat. Strengthening the core muscles will improve the stomach, back and pelvic muscles, making it easier to do many other physical activities. This will also improve your posture and balance, reducing the risk of injury. Strengthening the abdominal wall whilst reducing the belly fat will improve the appearance of the stomach, creating a chizzled look, get yourself ready for the beach!!

Monday 12.15 - 12.45



This session involves intense cardiovascular exercise, targeting aerobic and anaerobic systems in the body. Using burst of high intensity exercise with recovery periods, aswell as constant cardiovascular exercise, to improve speed, endurance, fitness and recovery time. This session will push your fitness to its limits, encouraging muscle cells to promote fat burning and reduce fat storage, helping to drop body fat as well as increase metabolism which will create a fat burning process when resting.

Wednesday 12.15 - 12.45



This session will focus on building muscles and decreasing body fat for a lean toned body. Sessions will target the full body using multijointed exercises to recruit muscle fibres which will improve muscle size and speed up metabolism to assist fat burning process. This session will include weight based exercises focusing on improving strength of the muscles alongside using different intensities and repetition ranges to tone the body.

Friday 12.15 - 12.45



This session focuses on power and fitness. Power describes the ability to generate force quickly, an important quality if you are involved in sport. This session focuses on quality of movement rather than repetitions, using maximal intensity with rest periods, This session will challenge your strength, fitness and power, using plyometrics, body weight, weights and cardiovascular fitness to challenge you to your limits.



This session will improve your strength and physical performance by focusing on technical skills involved in lifting weights. Enabling you to become faster, stronger and more flexible, bettering your range of movement during exercise which will also help you to remain injury free. This session focuses on sport specific movements to improve physical function and athletic performance.
